It's Maddie, the Puggle! And my oh my, is it beautiful outside now. The sun is shining, and the flowers, and blooming, and it's finally warm enough for me to go outside without getting Frosty Paws! What I like to do when going outside, is run! Run, jump, play, anything to get my heart beating faster. You see, I know that when I make my heart beat faster, that means I'm exercising. And exercising makes you happier. I used to think it was just the fruit that made you happy, but science says that the exercising makes you happier. It releases endorphins in your body which are happy brain chemicals. Not the bad kind of chemicals, but the good kind that your body makes!
